changes

It has been over a year and a half since my time travelling around North America. I had such a wonderful time spent with amazing people. As my feet begin to itch again I think of how my life has changed since then and how another adventure of this kind may be a long way off. However, I am so grateful for the changes that have made my life what it is now and despite difficulties I have so much to give thanks for. Most of all, I am thankful that throughout all the ups and downs in life, one thing remains..

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
Deuteronomy 31 vs 8

blackcurrants

A recent trip to Granny's resulted in a bag of blackcurrants from her garden. I can't wait until we have our own garden to grow things in.

whitby

A long awaited trip to this lovely town did not disappoint. Sunshine, beautiful buildings, wonderful company and reacquainting myself with my camera all made for a great day!

the biggest adventure

Life is an adventure. Sometimes it is fun, sometimes it is a struggle, and more often than not it doesn't go the way you expect. But wherever it takes you, it is important to cherish the beauty you find along the way.
